Underage Policy

At Omypal.com, we are committed to ensuring that our platform (the “APP”) is used responsibly and safely by users who meet the legal age requirements.
The APP provides AI-powered services that may not be suitable for minors. Therefore, users must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age in their country of residence to access and use the APP. By using the APP, users affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use our services.
We have implemented several measures to prevent users under the legal age from registering or accessing our services.
1. Age Verification at Registration
When registering for the APP, users are presented with an age gate that restricts access to individuals who are not of legal age. Before accessing the content, users must confirm their age, and a disclaimer clearly states that the APP is only available to individuals 18 years or older.
Users who misrepresent their age are in violation of our Terms of Service. It is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding the access to online content. Omypal.com cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or false information provided by users during registration.
2. Content Responsibility
As a user of the APP, you are solely responsible for the input and output generated through the platform’s AI tools. While our AI models respond based on user input, Omypal.com does not control or endorse the content generated by the AI. Therefore, you are fully responsible for your actions and the content you generate while using the APP.
Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our Terms and Policies, especially regarding content that involves or exploits minors. Omypal.com has a zero-tolerance policy for content that exploits or poses harm to minors, including but not limited to, child exploitation or harassment. Any attempt to generate content resembling or related to minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Moderation
We value the safety, integrity, and respect of all our users. While conversations and interactions with the APP are generally confidential, we have implemented a content moderation system that filters and monitors activities to ensure compliance with our Terms and Policies. If any inappropriate content is detected, it will be flagged for manual review, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include the suspension or termination of the user’s account. These measures are in place to maintain a secure and respectful environment for all users.
4. Content Removal
Any user-generated content that violates our terms, including content that exploits or endangers minors, will be promptly removed. This is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to maintain a safe community for all users.
5. Reporting Violations and Contact Information
If you encounter any content that violates these terms or have any questions about our Underage Policy, please contact us immediately at support@omypal.com or use the “Contact” section within the APP. We take reports seriously and will address violations promptly.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if there is reasonable suspicion that the user has violated the Underage Policy. This is necessary to maintain the security and safety of the platform.
