1. General Conditions for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of the initial transaction.
- Less than 20 tokens have been used after the transaction.
- The payment method used is eligible for refunds under our terms.
Refunds will not be granted if the above conditions are not met. Users are encouraged to review their token usage before making a refund request.
2. Payment Methods and Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following conditions based on the payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are available within the 24-hour period if the conditions outlined above are met.
- PayPal: Refunds can be processed if requested within 24 hours of payment and meet the token usage conditions.
- Other Alternative Payment Methods: Refunds may not be available for payments made through certain third-party platforms, including but not limited to cryptocurrency transactions or region-specific payment processors. Please contact support for clarification on refund eligibility for specific methods.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made after 24 hours of the payment transaction.
- More than 20 tokens have been used during the 24-hour period.
- The payment was made using a method that is ineligible for refunds (e.g., UPI, certain cryptocurrencies).
- Refund requests are made due to technical issues on the user's side (e.g., network issues or device compatibility problems). Users are encouraged to troubleshoot and contact support for assistance before requesting a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing support@omypal.com. Ensure that the subject line includes "Refund Request" and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and time of the transaction
- The reason for the refund request
- Confirmation that less than 20 tokens have been used since the transaction
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the current billing period. Please note:
- No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- If you cancel after the 24-hour refund window, your subscription will not be eligible for a refund, but you will maintain access until the billing period ends.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended and all access to premium features and tokens will be revoked. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can assist in resolving the issue.
