Welcome to Omypal.com (the “APP”). These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the APP owned and operated by Meura LLC, duly incorporated in the state of Wyoming having its address at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, and registered with [Your Business Registry Number]. By accessing and/or using the APP, you agree to be bound by these TOS. You understand and agree that we will treat your access and/or use of the APP as acceptance of our TOS and of all other Terms and Policies published on https://Omypal.com. In the event that you do not agree with our TOS or any other Terms and Policies, please cease using our APP and refrain from accessing any part of our Services. The APP is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the APP for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. For purposes of the TOS, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the APP.

1. General

Omypal.com is an online AI platform that uses advanced algorithms to assist users in their personal and professional tasks. The APP generates content such as text, images, and videos (the “Services”). Parts of the Services may require you to create a user account.

1.1 Account

Parts of the Services offered by the APP may require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we have reason to believe you have violated the TOS.

1.2 Subscription

Some features of the APP are available only through paid subscriptions. You are responsible for all subscription fees as presented at the time of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

1.3 User Safety

At Omypal.com, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our users. Please exercise caution and refrain from sharing sensitive personal information through the APP. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of all information.

1.4 Data Collection and Usage

By using the APP, you agree that Meura LLC may collect anonymous data from your interactions with the APP to improve our AI models and Services. This data will not include personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by you. The data collected will be used solely for enhancing the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of the APP, including but not limited to improving AI-generated responses and optimizing user experiences. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and security. Any data we collect is anonymized and aggregated to ensure that no individual user can be personally identified. 2. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the APP, including software, systems, and media, belongs to Meura LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal use only. This license does not transfer ownership, and we reserve the right to terminate it if you violate these TOS.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content (the “Input”) you provide to the APP. However, by using the APP, you grant Meura LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Restrictions of Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the APP.
  • Use the APP for illegal purposes.
  • Share your account with others or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the APP.

5. Payments

You will be taken to a payment page once you reach the usage limit. Payments are handled via credit card, PayPal, or other methods available in your region.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment and will only be granted if less than 20 tokens have been used. Payments made through certain payment methods may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS-IS.' MEURA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Wyoming.

9. Changes to the TOS

We reserve the right to update these TOS at any time. Continued use of the APP after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the APP at any time for violations of these TOS. Upon termination, your rights to use the APP will cease.
